The Obligatory, Inaugural, Test Post to See if This Really Works.

Greetings all,
So, I don't really know what I'm doing, technically speaking, but I've decided I need a blog.  The reason I think I need a blog is because I'm a wargamer with a lot of interests and a lot of stuff that I'd like to show off to other, like-minded individuals.  Perhaps 'show off' is the wrong term; I'm not a particularly good wargamer.  I don't play many games, and when I do, they're usually heavily house-ruled, or at the very least, not what 'everyone else' is playing.  Oh, and I'm usually playing by myself.  I consider myself much more on the utilitarian side as opposed to the artistic side, so my minis and terrain are not much to look at.  But they are mine, so while I may not be able to show them off, I figure the blog will give me the opportunity to at least catalog my interests and collection.
I also think a blog is a good idea for me in order to help organize my thoughts and plans, and perhaps even serve as a catalyst in order to provide discipline with respect to actually sticking with and finishing projects (I'm sure those are famous 'blogger's last words.').
